Membership Application

There is no “form” for applying for membership in Twin Cities Angels.  Most of our members are introduced by individuals who are already members who know of the individual’s interest and experience in entrepreneurial ventures.  For those who do not know existing members, but are accredited and qualified investors and have an interest in participating in TCAngels, we suggest you send us a brief letter that would cover the following topics:

1. Business affiliation and resume with full contact information
2. A description of experience with investing in both / either new ventures and general investing
3. Special skills that would assist start-up operations
4. Fields of interest
5. Reasons for your interest and what you hope to gain from being a member of TCAngels
6. A statement confirming that you are an accredited investor
